Communicating is the only way to win in business and our customers prove they know the recipe for success.
In November 2005 Strait Logics distributed our annual feedback initiative to both customers and suppliers to ensure we are adding value in all areas and giving the best customer service possible. Response to the questionnaires was exceptional with many constructive points raised and ideas generated. Gaining feedback from our customers is essential to help us prosper as a company.
