The pharmaceutical giant GSK have been a loyal customer of Strait Logics for six years and 2007 brought about significant changes to the way they wanted their Total Reward Statements produced.
Strait Logics began producing GSK’s paper based, black & white statements back in 2002 and these have been kept under regular review by their Benefits Department. In 2006, the department launched their Online Total Reward Statement, which was developed in-house and enables employees to view monthly updated information about their pay and benefits, at anytime. The solution has been designed to make maximum use of the colour schemes used in GSK’s Total Reward identity. Following the unveiling, GSK decided to re-position and re-launch their annual paper-based statements by introducing colour, in line with the Total Reward brand, while at the same time providing even more personalisation for the employees.
Peter Lineham, a spokesperson for GSK within the Benefits Department, commented that the project brought its fair share of demands. "We wanted to add a personalised contents page to the inside of the front cover, which would be an attention grabber and provide a summary of the individually tailored data inside. Strait Logics were able to meet every one of our expectations and feedback from employees has been very positive about the new-look statements."
