The Corporate & Investment branch of Société Générale have now distributed annual total reward statements to approximately 4000 employees, across 40 countries. Leading communications specialists, Talking People, subsidiary of Buck Consultants, joined forces with Strait Logics to produce, deliver and distribute the statements, globally.

Talking People decided to partner with Strait Logics, for the production of the high-end bespoke statements, needed for the two largest countries, participating in the project. They then found that the online benefits solution they were helping to create, had no way to bulk produce high quality PDF statements, due to data being stored in two different systems, created by two different companies. Strait Logics’ expertise was needed not only to compile the data but to supply the total reward statements in Central and Western European languages. Having an impressive reputation for generating multilingual statements for other large international companies, Strait Logics began the complex programming required for the extremely bespoke statements.

Project Manager, Jane Clarke from Talking People commented, "We needed Strait Logics to bring together the variable information from 3rd party sources, to create one database. Although there were difficulties within the process, Strait Logics had the flexibility and competency to work around the problems. The project has been a huge success and Talking People are already developing plans for 2008 annual statements."
