Last quarter we reported on the launch of our Employee of the Quarter initiative, this quarter sees Leanne Beadsworth, Strait Logics’ Marketing Manager win the award.

Since joining the team Leanne has shown great enthusiasm and innovation when designing and implementing both internal and external marketing campaigns and raising the company’s profile.

Leanne’s eagerness to improve processes and encourage others to follow suite has helped to reinforce the company’s ISO registration and has played a significant role in pulling the team together with new incentives and team building exercises.
