
Employee Benefits Awards
This year’s Employee Benefits Awards took place on 18th May at the prestigious Royal Lancaster Hotel, hosted by the very witty comedian, Jimmy Carr. The Employee Benefits Awards, an event much like the HR industry, is becoming bigger and more influential every year. It was reported that nominations this year were at an all time high, so when two of Strait Logics’ customers were short listed as finalist we knew we had something to be proud of. However, that is only half the celebration as one of the two short listed went on to win!
In detail, Strait Logics assisted in the production of the GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) Total Reward Statement, which is part of their holistic programme of financial education. GSK won the award for “Most effective use of financial education in the workplace” with the judges commenting that they particularly liked the way GSK used traditional paper-based methods of communications.
In the Communication Strategy of the Year category Capgemini were successfully short listed and came runner up with the judges applauding their benefit communication strategy.
