Launch of the User Area
Strait Logics are pleased to announce that we are rolling out our Customer User Area over the next coming weeks. As previously reported in our March newsletter the User Area is a facility to aid customer retention by enhancing our customer service and levels of communication connecting us, our customers and printers. The User Area is a central hub for information allowing all contacts to see the same account details featuring quotes, invoices, status reports, project specific details and a messaging function between those assigned to the project. Having a central area minimises the risk of miscommunications and enhances the customer experience.
