Customer feedback initiative

To ensure we are proactive in retaining our existing customers and effectively targeting new customers we conduct a yearly feedback initiative, giving our customers the chance to go online and submit their thoughts and views about Strait Logics. This exercise has proved very useful in the past, not only in allowing us to bench mark characterists of our customers to attract like companies but also in using the constructive feedback to improve the way we operate. This year’s questionnaires have just been returned and we hope that you will experience the positive affects soon.
