| Annual Survey Results |
Year on year at Strait Logics we survey our customers to understand what makes them tick. The experience as always proves to be valuable in gaining essential feedback along with extracting new ideas and suggestions to ensure continuous improvement.
As a result of 2005’s survey we made the following improvements in 2006:
- Introduction of a Client User Area - a central communication tool to enhance our working relationships
- The upgrading of our archive solution to include enhanced features, sophisticated packaging and presentation and advanced security
- Launch of our Pension / Benefit Modelling Tool to complement our paper based and online solutions
- New printer partners to ensure we can offer a greater choice in print solutions and a more competitive pricing structure
- Initiation of more pre and post project meetings to ensure optimum success of projects
The response to our surveys in 2006 has been exceptional and we hope that over this coming year you will see changes and enhancements as a result. Thank you to those of you who took part.

| Employee Engagement - Giving your Employee Benefits some meaning |
The latest buzz in the HR and Benefits industry seems to be Employee Engagement. Companies spend substantial resources in introducing benefits programmes and yet fail to engage their employees with the details. Amazing really as it is found that engaged staff are more likely to stay loyal to an employer - an important attribute given that employees are after all any company’s most valuable asset. There may be many wellbeing perks on offer however the success ultimately lies with effective communication of these perks and for staff to realise the true worth of what is available to them. A company may pride itself for offering numerous benefits to its employees, but if the employee is unaware of such perks, they may as well not exist.
Contact Stephen Lester on 01277 634844 for some examples of how Strait Logics have helped other companies engage their employees using Personalised HR Communications.

| Time for some sun but it’s no holiday! |
Strait Logics has been asked to sponsor the Employee Benefits Summit being held in Jerez, Spain in June 2007 - a fantastic opportunity for a SME company of our size that cannot be refused. The summit aims to bring together key employers and benefit professionals with the most influential advisors, providers and experts in the industry. It is no holiday (we are assured!) as the summit demands workshops throughout the 2 day event to educate and help delegates apply communications strategies to their companies. There we will have the chance to get up, close and personal with some well known company representatives, often high level Employee Benefit professionals, who have been specially invited to attend this key event in the Benefits calendar. | Red Nose Day |

Many of you will have watched if not taken part in the Comic Relief proceedings on 16th March. Whilst we enjoyed the comedy acts we all were deeply touched by the reality of the issues children of all backgrounds are having to deal with. This year Strait Logics made a donation of £2,500 – a small amount but nonetheless valuable. We wish the charity every success and support in the invaluable work they do.
