Chevron has been shortlisted for the "Most effective use of
digital media to communicate benefits to staff" award at the
Employee Benefits Awards 2009; the award which recognises employers
that are making innovative use of intranet/internet sites, emails,
webinars and other forms of digital media to promote benefits more
effectively in their organisations.
Strait Logics is proud to say that our
expert skills assisted Chevron in taking their paper-based Total
Reward Statements to their intranet. Our bespoke solution designed
specifically for Chevron integrated with their high level
two-tiered smartcard security system and not only presented an
employee's benefits package online but also allowed for the
seamless addition of future 'extras'.
The online system takes advantage of
our unique methodologies to enable additional functionality to be
effortlessly incorporated at later dates, making it a truly future
proof online system. The New Entrants module - a dynamic,
customisable projection tool for new recruits and the Free Share
Award module - a system that allows employees to allocate their
free shares, are live examples of additional functionality
implemented after the initial online launch.
