Sanjay – Chief Executive Officer

Delivering high-end, impactful solutions that maximise the use of the latest technologies, Sanjay has driven many bespoke software solutions and product development ideas that solve HR problems and streamline HR admin processes. Sanjay’s involvement goes beyond being the visionary of the big ideas, he is very much hands-on and takes part in scrum meetings, testing and implementations to ensure what he has the promised the client is indeed what is delivered.

Driving improvement and raising standards

Dee – Chief Operating Officer

Dee focuses on all the things that enable harmonious business operations, whether they be contracts and SLAs or maintaining the ISO certifications. Whilst overseeing the various areas, Dee’s attention to detail and continuous drive to improve and streamline procedures and processes has been key in raising the standard of service delivered by Strait Logics. Dee also works closely with the IT Manager to ensure all information systems are secure and properly supported; maintaining confidentiality, integrity and availability at all times.

Databases and application security

Jim – Senior Development Consultant

Jim’s experience with data and appreciation of the TRS/Flex offering puts him in a good place to contribute significantly to the functionality, security and performance of online solutions. Providing advice and guidance to clients around their data and requirements for TRS, Flex or a Deferred Remuneration System (DRS), Jim has been key in the advancement of Strait Logics’ products and services.

Alan – Senior Development Consultant

Alan’s wealth of knowledge and experience in personalised employee communications means he is able to deliver complex requirements which can include many data files, complicated conditions and a variety of delivery outputs, including RTF files. Alan has helped many clients resolve difficult specifications and data issues, for which his in-depth knowledge of Total Reward and data processing has been pivotal.

Product research & development

James – Software Developer

James’ experience with TRS implementations for both offline and online solutions, whether bespoke or SaaS, makes James a good all-rounder; something that sits well with researching and developing new and existing product ideas and features. James strives to future proof all of our solutions, which is particularly critical for the Rewards Portal platform.
